Thelma Hill of Ashland; two brothers, Willard Watts of Newnan, and Willis Watts of Valley; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Watts was a Clay "ounty native and a former Sylvester, resident. He was a Baptist and an employee in the timber industry. FRIDAY-71 1- 'aa SAT.

Mr. Heard died Thursday at Traylor's Nursing Home in Roanoke. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Oviene Gamache of Lakeland, a son, S.L. Heard of Lanett; three sisters, Mrs.

Mattie Prince of Napoleon, Mrs. Nell Satterwhite of LaGrange, and Mrs. Erls Sikes of Roanoke; three brothers, Frank Heard and GroVer Heard, both of Woodland, and Delbert Heard of Roanoke; a granddaughter and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Heard was a retired farmer.

Cemetery with the Rev. Bobby Murphy officiating and Usrey Funeral Home in charge. The infant died Monday at AMI Boookwood Medical Center in Birmingham. Survivors include her parents, Allen and Vicki Jones of Talladega; a half-brother, Michael Jones of Syl-acauga; her grandparents, M.J. and Mozelle Jones of Goodwater and Garland and Frances Smith of Mun-ford; and several aunts and uncles.

Pallbearers were Doug Smith and Keith Smith. Laney WOODLAND Services for Mrs. Allene Laney, 79, of Woodland, Rt. 1, were today at East Napolean Church of Christ with Wilbur Bass and Edward Herren officiating. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Wedowee in charge.

Mrs. Laney died Tuesday at Traylor's Nursing Home in Roanoke. Survivors include her husband, Terrell Laney of Woodland; two daughters, Mrs. Faye Hester of Wedowee and Mrs. Barbara Waldrep of Roanoke; a son, Oliver Laney of Tallassee; a brother, James Kimbrell of Griffin, eight grandchildren and eight greatgrandchildren.

She was retired from the Anniston city school system and taught the third grade for 44 years. She was the only child of Margaret and James T.

Lesley, who owned Lesley Market in Anniston for several years. She was a member of Crestway Baptist Church in Birmingham. Mixon Services for William L. Mixon, 80, of 616 S. Allen Anniston, will be Saturday at 2 p.m.

at Pilgrim Baptist Church with the Rev. L.L. Williams and the Rev. C.L. Sims officiating.

Burial will be in Hobson City Cemetery with Anniston Funeral Services in charge. Mr. Mixon died Jan. IS at his home. Survivors include his wife, Mrs.

Josephine Mixon of Anniston; a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Greer of Elkhart, two sons, Issac Mixon of Selma and Charles W. Mixon of Anniston; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Mae Simpson of Selma and Mrs. keep 'em laughing.
