Armiston police said today that about 11,315 worth of equipment and tools were stolen in a Thursday night burglary of Totherow Auto Sales on South Quintard Avenue. According to police reports, the burglars entered the building on the south side and left through a rear door.

Reported in the burglary were two air files, an air sander, a cutting torch, a. battery charger, three buffers, two paint guns, a cable hoist, two Porta-Power body work tools and some hand tools. Taliaferro, 63, of Piedmont, Rt; 5, will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Congregational Methodist Church with the Rev. Leon McDowell and the Rev. Boyd Bonee officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery with Mickelsen Brown-Service Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. Taliaferro died Thursday at the Regional Medical Center. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hazel W. Taliaferro of Piedmont; a son, Larry E.

Taliaferro of Piedmont; five sisters, Mrs. Cora Lawler, Mrs. Willie Batey and Mrs. Lillle Hulsey, all of Piedmont, Mrs. Eula Houston of Weaver and Mrs.

Mae Hicks of Oxford; a brother, Albert Taliaferro, of Glencoe; two grandchildren; and a stepgrandchild. Survivors include three sons, Edmon Bishop Forman of Talladega, John Albert Forman. and Lander B. Forman, both of Ashland; 19 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. Grandsons will be pallbearers. Mrs.

Forman was a native and lifelong resident of Clay County and a member of Sardis Baptist Church. The body will remain at. the funeral home until one hour prior to service. Emma Elizabeth Moore, 84, of Talladega, were to be today at 11 a.m. at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel Burial was to be at Winterboro Cemetery with Usrey Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Moore died Wednesday at Citizens Hospital. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs.

Evelyn Tucker of Attalla; two sons, Arthur R. Brewer and John H. Brewer, both of Talladega; a sister, Mrs. Agnes Bates of Mississippi; a brother, James Pannell of Georgia; 14 grandchildren; 30 greatgrandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Mrs.

Moore was a native of Elmore County but had lived In Talladega most of her life. She was a member of Winterboro Baptist Church and the World War I Veteran's Auxiliary of Talladega. MRS. MARGARET RAINEY TALLADEGA Services for Mrs. Margaret Fowler Rainey, 83, of Talladega, were to be today at 1 p.m.

at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Hardy and the Rev. Jeff Thomas officiating. Burial was to be at Pine Hill Cemetery with Usrey Funeral Home in charge. Mrs.

Rainey died Wednesday at Citizens Hospital. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Gladys Larrow of Kissinnee, Mrs. Rebecca Eader of South Hampton, N.Y., and Mrs. 3 arrested for DWI in Anniston Anniston police arrested three persons on' charges of driving while intoxicated Thursday and early today.

Charged were James Eugene Chatman, 23, of Talladega; James T. Hawkins, 16, of 3) Grant Anniston, and Rita Faye Harden, 25, of 403 S. Wilmer Anniston. Chatman was additionally charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. His court date is Monday.

Hawkins was additionally charged with driving without his license. His court date is Dec. 1. Miss Harden's court date is Wednesday. Phenix City man dead in.

He was former owner of Rowell Grocery and employed by the Newberry Foundry. WILLIAM F. ADAMS TALLADEGA Graveside services for William F. Adams, 55, of Lincoln will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Lincoln Cemetery with Dr.

R.D. Pitts officiating. Full military rites will be conducted and Usrey Funeral Home will be in charge. Mr. Adams died Thursday at the VA Hospital in Tuscaloosa.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs Edna Adams of Lincoln; and a sister, Mrs. Velma Gasthoff of Tampa, Fla. Mr. Adams was a native of Florida but had lived in Lincoln for the past two years. He was a JACKSONVILLE A Phenix City man killed early this morning in a one-car accident on Roy Webb Road.

Thomas Joseph Parker, 21, of Phenix City, Rt. 2, died when the car he was driving ran off the road and overturned, according to state troopers. The accident occurred about 3:05 a.m. 3.4 miles north of Jacksonville, troopers said. SATURDAY SPAGHETTI SUPPER will be from 11 a.m.

until 3 p.m. Shells will be furnished. Stores fired upon in Jacksonville JACKSONVILLE The Calhoun County Sheriff a Department is investigating two shootings into neighborhood grocery stores Thursday. The businesses McFall Grocery on Roy Webb Road and E.L. Green's Store in the Williams community northwest of Jacksonville were damaged when shotgun blasts shattered the front windows.

Neither of the stores reported any stolen merchandise. James McFall, owner of the Roy Webb store, said his windows were shot out about 7:30 p.m. The store was closed for the day, but his wife heard the shots. McFall said the shots were fired from a passing car. He said he didn't know how many people were involved or what kind of car it was.

E.L. Green, the other store owner, said a sheriff's deputy was waiting for him this morning at his store to tell him of the damage. He said he didn't know what time the incident occurred. Neither businessman knew why their stores were chosen as targets. through a kitchen window, according to reports.
